New patients

We understand that visiting a doctor’s office for the first time can feel a bit nerve-racking. If you’ve never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not be sure what to expect during your first visit. From filling out paperwork to meeting new faces and getting familiar with the office, we know it can feel overwhelming—but our team is here to make the process as comfortable and welcoming as possible from the moment you walk in.

Your first appointment typically lasts about 30–45 minutes. Please be sure to bring your insurance card with you so we can help verify your benefits and get everything set up for your care.

  • Patient Forms
When you arrive, our receptionist will welcome you and guide you through completing your new patient paperwork. This helps us understand your health history and current concerns. CLICK HERE to download and print the forms ahead of time.
  • Consultation
You’ll meet with Dr. Eric Geers to discuss your health goals, symptoms, and any questions you may have. This is a chance for us to learn more about you and how we can help.
  • Examination
A thorough chiropractic exam will be performed, including neurological, orthopedic, postural, and flexibility testing. Nothing is done without your consent.
  • X-Rays (if needed)
If necessary, X-rays may be taken to better assess your spine and create the most effective care plan for your condition.
  • Report of Findings
Geers will review all findings with you, explain what is going on, and answer key questions such as your care options, recommended visit frequency, and cost of care.
  • Treatment (if appropriate)
In many cases, you may receive your first treatment on the same day, which can include chiropractic adjustments, therapy, or soft tissue work. Everything is explained as we go, and you are always in control of your care.

Patient Payment Options

We accept most major insurance plans and are happy to help you make the most of your benefits. Because insurance coverage can vary from plan to plan, we always recommend calling our office so we can verify your specific coverage details before your visit. Our team is here to help answer any questions and make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

If you do not have insurance, we also offer affordable cash payment options. Our goal is to make care accessible and stress-free, regardless of your insurance situation. Whether you are using insurance or paying out of pocket, we are committed to providing transparent pricing and flexible options that work for you.
